This position will be responsible for managing the relationship and price and volume negotiations of all non-conversion yarn vendors and the management of the Vendor Portal (used to manage and ensure quality requirements are met by all non-conversion yarn vendors). On a weekly basis this position will direct yarn purchase volume requirements between manufacturing teams and the supply chain teams to align purchases to requirements. This position will negotiate favorable pricing with vendors and manage purchase price variance metrics in addition to researching and developing new sources of supply and yarn technology for product line change options that will be presented to marketing. This position will assist as needed in the maintenance of pricing, specification and documentation requirements.
