As part of the corporate human resources group, the Business Analyst HRIS brings experience and expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and its related modules’ global administration. The successful incumbent is involved in the implementation of the system to new facilities, the assessment and development of new system functionalities based on business requirements, will carry cyclical processes and provide end-users support. On all initiatives, the incumbent performs initial functional analysis and liaises with IT for further analysis or development, as required. Furthermore, the incumbent ensures that users have accurate documentation and are adequately trained to perform their activities on PeopleSoft.
