The Operations Planning Analyst will develop reports and analyze supply chain data. They will review equipment and capacity requirements to develop the production plan.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Analyze inventories and establish the most efficient Sewing and Textiles production levels considering impacts on the sewing team learning curves, on the spinning operations, on inventory turns, etc. (Daily).
Develop tools and analyze reports to be used by other members of the department in their daily operating functions.
Compile information on the availability and necessity of various production equipment in order to support future production needs. Submit proposals on adequate manner to balance and maintain this capacity.
Analyze needs according to sales forecasts, production, and inventory.
Communicate with the various production, sales and logistics services.
Generate other reports or analysis.
Profile & Core Competencies
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
1-3 years relevant work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Access and Word
