The Opportunity

The Operations Planning Analyst will develop reports and analyze supply chain data.  They will review equipment and capacity requirements to develop the production plan.

Key Areas of Responsibility


  • Analyze inventories and establish the most efficient Sewing and Textiles production levels considering impacts on the sewing team learning curves, on the spinning operations, on inventory turns, etc. (Daily).
  • Develop tools and analyze reports to be used by other members of the department in their daily operating functions.
  • Compile information on the availability and necessity of various production equipment in order to support future production needs. Submit proposals on adequate manner to balance and maintain this capacity.
  • Analyze needs according to sales forecasts, production, and inventory.
  • Communicate with the various production, sales and logistics services.
  • Generate other reports or analysis.

Profile & Core Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Access and Word
  • Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems
