The Opportunity

 The primary function of this job is to provide administrative backup and assistance services to key Supply Chain administrative functions.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Assist in the administrative clearance of import shipments weekly
• Assist in the coordination of dispatches to yarn spinning plants
• Assist in the maintenance of inventory tracking
• Assist in the maintenance of fiber tracking and importation requirement duties
• Assist in the maintenance of pricing for purchased yarns in local MRP system
• Assist in the maintenance of fixation pricing in local MRP system
• Assist in the maintenance of record keeping for pricing in support of auditing requirements
• Assist in the coordination of yarn sku setups in local MRP system
• Assist in the maintenance of yarn sku setup in Yarn Vendor Portal
• Assist in the validation and tracking of rebate programs
• Assist in the creation of projection/consumption on a weekly basis
• Assist in waste sku setup and costing in local MRP system
• Assist in new vendor setups in local MRP system
•  Serve as a trained backup to customs administrative duties

Profile & Core Competencies

• 1-2 years’ experience and High School Diploma
• Strong Communicator who can learn quickly
• Excellent team player who works well with colleagues and leaders
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Strong Computer, typing and Website Navigation Skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)
• Basic knowledge of MRP or ERP systems
